Acceptable Use Policy — AI-Generated Content
Content standards, moderation, reporting, and enforcement for GalaxyAI (银河智影).
Bit Transition Network Technology Co., Ltd.(比特跃迁(陕西)网络科技有限公司) ("the Platform", "we", or "us") is committed to providing a safe, lawful, and responsible AI content-generation service. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, published, transmitted, or stored through GalaxyAI, and sets out our content standards, moderation mechanisms, reporting process, and enforcement actions. All users of the Platform must comply with this Policy.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all of the following content types:
- Text: AI-generated copy, chat, scripts, code snippets, and related text
- Images: AI-generated or AI-edited pictures and illustrations
- Audio / video: AI-synthesized speech, music, video, and talking-head content
- User inputs (prompts): prompts, reference media, and instructions you submit
2. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories
The Platform expressly prohibits using the Service to generate any of the following six categories of content:
- Sexual / NSFW content
- Violence / gore
- Hate speech
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM)
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real people
- Copyright / trademark infringement
The following subsections further define these categories and related prohibited conduct.
2.1 Absolute Prohibitions — Zero Tolerance
The following will be actioned immediately upon discovery. We reserve the right to report to competent authorities:
- Child sexual exploitation material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Content that promotes or assists terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
- Technical guidance for producing weapons of mass destruction
- Content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content of real individuals
- Other categories prohibited under applicable PRC law and regulations
2.2 Strictly Restricted — Subject to Review
Sexual / NSFW content is prohibited on GalaxyAI (image/video product). The following may only proceed where a clear creative or educational context exists and after review where flagged:
- Violent depictions: only with clear creative or educational context
- Politically sensitive content that may be misleading
- Medical, legal, or financial advice: must comply with local regulatory requirements; AI output is not professional advice
2.3 General Prohibited Conduct
- Generating or spreading misinformation or rumors
- Impersonating real individuals, brands, or institutions
- Infringing intellectual property, likeness, or privacy rights
- Deceiving users by claiming AI-generated content is human-authored
- Bulk generation of spam or fraudulent content
- Jailbreak prompts intended to bypass the Platform's safety controls
3. Content Moderation
The Platform uses a multi-layer system of automated filtering, human review, and periodic sampling.
3.1 Automated Moderation (Real Time)
Requests and generated content are scanned by safety filters in real time where technically applicable:
- Input filtering: keyword, semantic, and intent checks on prompts before generation
- Output filtering: safety assessment of generated content before or after delivery where applicable
- Usage-pattern analysis: monitoring anomalous API / generation behavior
- Safety stack in use: GalaxyAI platform keyword and semantic filters, plus safety guardrails provided by upstream model providers (including Alibaba Cloud Model Studio / Bailian and other configured backends). We may additionally integrate third-party moderation APIs (such as Waffo Prompt Sift) as they are enabled
3.2 Human Review
- Auto-flagged content enters a human review queue
- User-reported content is reviewed by our trust & safety staff
- Review coverage: business hours (Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 UTC+8), with priority handling for L1 / L2 cases
- Reviewers complete content-safety training and are bound by confidentiality
3.3 Periodic Sampling & Audit
- Random sampling of generations is conducted at least monthly
- We regularly evaluate and improve automated filter accuracy
- Blocklists are actively updated for NSFW, CSAM, copyrighted characters/brands, violence, hate, self-harm, and deepfake / public-figure misuse
3.4 Severity Levels
L1 Severe (child safety, terrorism): auto-block + human confirm → immediate ban + report to authorities. L2 High risk (serious violations): auto-flag + priority review → remove content + suspend account. L3 Medium risk (general violations): human review → warn + remove. L4 Low risk (minor): report-triggered → warn + require edits.
4. Reporting
Users may report content or behavior that violates this Policy. Reports are handled under the principles and channels below.
4.1 When to Report
- Content or behavior that violates this Policy's standards
- Serious violations involving child safety or terrorism
- AI impersonation or infringement of your own rights
- Other situations the Platform asks users to report for safety
4.2 Reporting Principles
- Confidentiality: reporter identity is kept confidential to the extent practicable
- Neutrality: all reports are reviewed independently and objectively
- Anti-abuse: malicious or false reports will be logged and may themselves be actioned

- Permanent ban: permanently terminate access (L1 or repeated L2)
- Legal escalation: report to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations (suspected illegal L1)
8. Appeals
If you disagree with an enforcement decision, submit an appeal within 10 days of notice to support@29play.com (subject: "AUP Appeal"). A reviewer who did not make the original decision will re-examine the case, typically within 10 business days.
