1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Bit Transition Network Technology Co., Ltd. (比特跃迁（陕西）网络科技有限公司) ("Bit Transition", "we", "us", or "our"), a company operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GalaxyAI (银河智影), our AI-powered video creation platform available at https://media.yinhebot.com (the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy at https://media.yinhebot.com/privacy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

Bit Transition Network Technology Co., Ltd. provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to generate media assets, edit video with AI assistance, produce long-form video, and use related creative tools. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.

The Service is a digital intangible product. Access is granted promptly after payment confirmation. Because of this immediate delivery, refunds are subject to the limits in Section 7.

The Service uses third-party AI model providers (including, without limitation, providers such as Alibaba Cloud Model Studio / Bailian, OpenAI, and others as configured). Performance and availability may depend on those providers. We will notify users of material outages where practicable.

3. Account Registration

Use of the Service requires an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Keep your billing email address valid and up to date

If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Credits & Top-up Plans

The Service uses a credit system (算力 / credits). Users may purchase credit packs to access AI generation and related paid features. Credits are consumed when you run eligible features. Public pricing is described at https://media.yinhebot.com/pricing; in-product checkout also shows the current rate and amount due.

5. Billing & Payment

Each top-up is a one-time transaction. Completing a purchase authorizes Bit Transition Network Technology Co., Ltd. to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.

If auto top-up is offered and you enable it, you authorize Bit Transition Network Technology Co., Ltd. to charge your saved payment method for the configured amount when your credit balance falls below your chosen threshold. You may disable auto top-up at any time in account settings.

Unless stated otherwise, listed prices exclude applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, or sales tax). Where required by law, we will collect and remit such taxes. Card payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

6. Credit Validity & Account Termination

Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless a different period is stated at purchase. We may send reminders before credits expire.

If an account is terminated, unused credits remain available for 90 days after termination. After that period, unused credits expire and are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Refund Policy

Consumed credits are generally non-refundable. Exceptions include:

• Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: full refund if no credits from that purchase have been used
• Duplicate charges caused by billing error: full refund
• Statutory rights (e.g. EU/UK/Australia cooling-off where applicable): retained until first use where the law so provides

To request a refund, email support@29play.com with your account email and transaction ID. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, email support@29play.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

9. AI Content & Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, AI content generated from your inputs ("Outputs") belongs to you. You may use Outputs for any lawful purpose within Section 10.

By submitting content to the Service ("Inputs"), you grant Bit Transition Network Technology Co., Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your Inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.

The Service relies on third-party AI model providers. Outputs may be influenced by those models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Outputs before relying on them.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, business creativity, research, and development. The full content standards, moderation, reporting, and enforcement rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy at https://media.yinhebot.com/aup, which forms part of these Terms.

The platform expressly prohibits using the Service to generate any of the following six categories of content:

• Sexual / NSFW content
• Violence / gore
• Hate speech
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child-unsafe content
• Deepfakes / impersonation of real people
• Copyright / trademark infringement
• Creating malware, phishing content, cyber-attack tools, or bypassing the Service's security features
• Reselling or sublicensing access without prior written approval, or violating applicable laws, regulations, or card-network rules

Report violations to support@29play.com. We use automated filtering on prompts and outputs, combined with human review. Confirmed violations may result in warnings, content removal, feature limits, account suspension or permanent ban, and cooperation with law enforcement in serious cases. Given the AI nature of the Service, you also agree not to: (a) use Inputs, Outputs, or model responses to train, fine-tune, or distill competing models; (b) systematically scrape or harvest model outputs; or (c) present AI-generated content as the work of licensed professionals in contexts where that could cause harm.

11. Data, Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy at https://media.yinhebot.com/privacy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation and then deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI Outputs.

AI Output Disclaimer: AI Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use them as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bit Transition Network Technology Co., Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will refund unused prepaid amounts on a pro-rata basis where applicable. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@29play.com.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Before formal proceedings, please email support@29play.com to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people's court where Bit Transition Network Technology Co., Ltd. is located.

15. General Provisions

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Bit Transition Network Technology Co., Ltd.
