How we handle your content

Galaxy AI Video uses a cloud-first storage model. Your projects, source media, AI-generated assets, and template files are stored on our cloud servers and linked to your account. This allows you to access your work across devices and use AI generation and marketplace features.

When you open the editor, the resources needed for editing are downloaded to your browser and cached locally for performance. Timeline operations run on your device during the session. When you save or finish editing, project data and changes are synced back to the cloud. Clearing your browser cache may remove local copies but does not delete your cloud-stored projects.

When you use AI assistant, AI asset generation, or long-form video generation, the prompts, reference images, and media segments required to fulfill your request are processed on our servers or by authorized AI service providers. Results are saved to your cloud project library. We process this data only to deliver the feature you requested and do not use it to train public models without your consent.

AI services & cloud processing

AI features require network access. When enabled, we may collect and process:

• Text prompts and conversation history with the AI assistant
• Images, audio, or video segments you submit for generation or editing
• Generation parameters such as style, duration, and resolution

AI-generated outputs are saved to your cloud project library. We retain processing logs for a limited period for abuse prevention, billing reconciliation, and service improvement, then delete or anonymize them.

Accounts & authentication

Using Galaxy AI Video requires an account. Your cloud projects and media assets are tied to your account. You may register with an email address or third-party login credentials.

Account information we may collect includes your email, display name, avatar, transaction records, and template upload/download history. We use this data to provide the service, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

Template marketplace

When you upload a template for sale, we store the template file, preview materials, pricing, description, and sales records. When you purchase a template, we record the transaction and grant you access to the template content.

Template creators are responsible for ensuring their uploads do not infringe third-party rights. We may remove templates that violate our terms or receive valid copyright complaints.

Analytics

We collect anonymized usage statistics such as page views, feature adoption, and error reports. We do not track individual editing actions or upload your video content to analytics services.

No personal video content is included in analytics data, and individual users are not profiled for advertising purposes.

Cloud storage & local cache

We store the following primarily in the cloud:

• Project files, media assets, and AI-generated content
• Template marketplace listings, purchases, and transaction records
• Account profile and service-related data

During editing, we temporarily cache downloaded resources in your browser (IndexedDB and local storage) for performance, along with editor preferences, login sessions, and language or theme settings. Clearing browser data removes local cache only — your cloud-stored projects remain accessible after you sign in again, unless you also delete them from your account.

Third-party services

To operate Galaxy AI Video, we may share necessary data with:

• Cloud hosting and CDN providers — for website delivery and file storage
• AI model providers — for asset generation and intelligent editing features
• Payment processors — for template marketplace transactions

These partners are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Data deletion

When you delete a project, media asset, or template from your account, we permanently remove it from our cloud servers and delete associated local cache on your devices. This action cannot be undone.

When you delete your account or request account deletion through customer support, we permanently delete all cloud-stored projects, media assets, AI-generated content, marketplace records, and personal data linked to your account, and invalidate local login sessions.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate account information
• Delete your account and all associated cloud data permanently
• Export your project data before deletion, where technically feasible
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

Children's privacy

Galaxy AI Video is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
